Working With Projects
This guide shows you how to use the WeSpeak Project Manager as the home base for your remodel. You’ll learn how to create and name projects, set their status, and use the different tabs—Overview, Tasks, Worksheets, Photos & Videos, Files, and Contractors—to keep everything organized. Instead of hunting through texts and email threads, you’ll know exactly where each piece of information lives.
You’ll also see how to connect what you’ve learned in the course to real‑world projects: attaching worksheets to a project, turning “next steps” into tasks with due dates, uploading key documents, and tracking which contractors are tied to which job. Used this way, the Project Manager becomes less of a fancy folder and more of a simple, visual command center for your home improvement work.
